In the experimental scenario -word meets experimental-, Bruno has worked with artists of the likes of Tom Zé, Gary Lucas, Arnaldo Antunes, Strand, Hyperpotamus, Javier Corcobado, Nacho Vegas, Carlos Ann, Javier Diez Ena (Dead Capo), Leopoldo María Panero, Dick El Demasiado, Javier Colis, Enrique Bunbury, Tanja Tagaq, Vanessa Daou, Mariona Aupí, Leo Minax, Nacho Mastretta, Le Voyeur Mendez and Jaime López among others.
He performed at festivals like Kosmópolis, Palabra y Música, Experimentaclub, Sónar, Cosmopoética, FIB, Hay Festival, Festival Ñ, SOS 4.8, Medialab and Noche en Blanco, and shared stage with Patti Smith, Blixa Bargeld, Julian Cope, Arto Lindsay, Leopoldo María Panero, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Amiri Baraka, John Giorno, Dennis Rollins and Hanif Kureishi. He has recorded and performed with legendary guitarist Gary Lucas (of Captain Beefheart and Jeff Buckley fame) at New York's Bowery Poetry Club and Brooklyn Academy of Music.
He is the creator of projects such as “Panero” (CD Book, El Europeo, 2005), “Nushu”, “Electrospoken”, “Ambulancia estrellada (Homenaje a J. G. Ballard) (Esperanto, 2009)”, “El ?úblico”, “Brindando con José Alfredo Jiménez”, “The Infra-Realist Session” and takes part in “Juan Gelman”. These experiments are featured in documentary films like “Una noche con Panero” (Jacobo Beut, Filmax 2006), “Tom Ze, Astronauta Libertado” (Igor Iglesias, Xique Xique Films, 2009) and in the video about his partnership with Gary Lucas “Avoid saying something important” (Caroline Conejero, El Duende Films, 2010).
Bruno is part of multimedia colective Rey Trueno y su Orquesta, with whom created the on line soap radio show exposed at the Mexican Fine Arts Museum of Chicago, Soonoscop festival at CCCB Barcelona, Radio Ibero (Instituto Mexicano de la Radio), Radio Dos Mundos (Toronto) and RNE 3 (España).
